Corrections
Last updated
Every factual correction made after publication is logged here permanently, with the date, the page, what was wrong and what it now says.
Corrections are not quietly edited into place. A page that has been corrected says so.
What counts as a correction
A factual error: a wrong ingredient, a wrong concentration, a misattributed source, a miscited study, a wrong price or size.
Reformulation by the manufacturer is not a correction — it is an update, and it is reflected in the page’s ingredients-verified date rather than logged here.
A changed assessment is not a correction either. Where an assessment changes because the evidence changed, the analysis says so in its own text.
Log
No corrections have been issued yet. This site published on 15 September 2026.
An empty log this early means only that the site is new. It is published in this state deliberately, so that the first entry appears in a structure that already existed rather than one built to accommodate it.
Reporting an error
Write to editorial@lenahoffmann.com with the page and what you believe is wrong. Corrections to ingredient data are usually resolvable within a day, since they are checked against the manufacturer’s published list.
