Corrections
Use the same address, and include the page URL and what you believe is wrong. Errors of fact in ingredient data are usually resolved within a day, because they are checked against the manufacturer’s published list.
Every correction is logged publicly on the corrections page.
Manufacturers
Disputes about factual accuracy are welcome and are handled as described in the editorial policy. Demonstrated errors are corrected and logged.
Requests to review a product, to preview an analysis before publication, or to supply samples cannot be accommodated — see funding.
Medical questions
This site cannot answer questions about your own skin, diagnose a condition, or recommend a treatment for you personally. Formulation analysis is not a consultation, and no correspondence here creates a doctor-patient relationship.
